Built delivered a high-spec fit-out for Quooker’s Irish HQ, transforming a newly subdivided unit into a branded workspace complete with conference rooms, a product showroom, and acoustic wall treatments. The project required streamlined integration of premium European finishes while ensuring compliance with Irish regulations.
The original design was developed under European standards. Built reviewed all specifications and ensured alignment with local regulations including slip ratings, fire-rated glazing, corridor widths, HVAC compliance, and emergency lighting requirements.
With no QS or PM appointed, Built took full responsibility for programme management, product specification validation, and site coordination - maintaining quality and accountability throughout.
Despite a 12-week timeline, the project was completed on schedule. This was achieved through proactive sequencing, close collaboration with the overseas architect, and meticulous planning of works and procurement.
The finished workspace combines Quooker’s brand identity with full technical compliance, delivered within a constrained timeline and a live building environment. The result is a functional, client-ready HQ that reflects both design excellence and delivery expertise.
