Built was appointed to deliver a high-spec CAT B fit out for Liberty IT at Bonham Quay, following the successful completion of their Dublin HQ at 1 Le Pole Square. The scope included raised access flooring, acoustic treatments, glazed partitions, meeting pods, phone booths, bespoke joinery, and coordination of AV and access control systems. The project was designed to create a flexible, collaborative workspace aligned with Liberty IT’s evolving hybrid needs.
All works were delivered within a new base build while three upper floors remained live. Built’s approach combined careful planning, stakeholder engagement and detailed programme control to deliver the space on time and to a high standard.
Tenants occupied the floors above, with noise restrictions in place. Drilling was only permitted before 9am, after hours or at weekends.
With no lift in service, all materials and waste had to be moved via a stairwell or teleporter, including the removal of 14 skips from a tight yard in Galway’s city centre.
Built completed a complex CAT B fit out at Bonham Quay, overcoming access restrictions, noise constraints and live tenant operations through meticulous planning and communication. Delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards, the finished space supports Liberty’s hybrid strategy and earned Built top performance scores, reinforcing a trusted repeat partnership.
