Role
- Liaising with and reporting to the Commercial Manager
- Procuring of subcontract & supplier packages, issuing tender inquiries, compiling tenders
- Raising any concerns or value engineering detail when appropriate
- Monitoring all ongoing commercial aspects during the course of the project
- Liaising with the Project Team & Design Team to ensure program, details and specifications are met
- Compiling cost reports & projecting
Skills, Characteristics, and Experience
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well as part of a team
- Ability to reach targets in tight deadlines
- Knowledge of RIAI & GCC forms of contract
- Commercial experience
