Role
- Lead and organise projects from conception to completion
- Deliver projects to completion on time and on budget, to achieve agreed outcomes
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Coordinate project activities in accordance with standard procedures and specifications
- Detect and provide solutions to critical site issues.
- Oversee operations of on-site subcontractors, and ensure performance is inline with project goals and standards.
Skills, Characteristics, and Experience
- Qualifications in project management or equivalent
- Experience with working on large construction projects with a Main Contractor
- Commercial experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well as part of a team
- Ability to reach targets in tight deadlines
- Interpersonal skills, analytical skills and good judgement
