Role

  • Lead and organise projects from conception to completion
  • Deliver projects to completion on time and on budget, to achieve agreed outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Coordinate project activities in accordance with standard procedures and specifications
  • Detect and provide solutions to critical site issues.
  • Oversee operations of on-site subcontractors, and ensure performance is inline with project goals and standards.

Skills, Characteristics, and Experience

  • Qualifications in project management or equivalent
  • Experience with working on large construction projects with a Main Contractor
  • Commercial experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Ability to reach targets in tight deadlines
  • Interpersonal skills, analytical skills and good judgement
