Role
- Manage Subcontractors and Service Providers.
- Oversee projects from plastering / skimming stage onwards, through 2nd & 3rd fix to snagging stage and completion.
- Achieve project deadlines.
- Liaise with contractors, clients, project managers, sales and legal team.
- Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site.
- Maintaining the highest standards.
- Ability to oversee and deal with health and safety issues on site.
Skills, Experience, and Characteristics
- Fit-Out / Joinery background.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent motivator.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Sound knowledge of standards and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
