The best construction outcomes often come from the least dramatic stories. No crises, no last-minute theatrics, no scramble to reach the finish line. Instead, a disciplined process, a collective strategy and a shared understanding of what excellence looks like. That rhythm defined the delivery of 1 Le Pole Square.
This project brought together Built Interiors and CBRE Design Collective with clear intent. Every detail was planned with precision. Every interface between design, logistics, trades and programme was mapped with care. Collaboration was not a slogan for this team. It was a working method, carried through pre-construction, procurement, site coordination and the final stages where pristine finishes rely on absolute discipline.
Barry Keenan FCIOB, Managing Director at Built Interiors, described the dynamic clearly:
“Strong collaboration keeps a project steady. When the design team and contractor move in sync, you gain certainty. Everyone can focus on quality without distraction.”
The Built360 methodology shaped that approach. It supported early involvement, open communication and a culture where challenges surfaced early and solutions arrived quickly. It kept the project anchored to three fundamentals: certainty of time, certainty of quality and exacting delivery from start to finish. These principles mattered in a live urban environment where access restraints, noise windows and neighbouring occupiers shaped the rhythm of the programme.
