Three Ireland engaged Built as main contractor and PSCS for the nationwide delivery of their next-generation retail store experience. The programme involves multiple live sites across the country, each undergoing full refurbishment to a high-spec, branded fit-out standard.
As part of the partnership, Built are responsible for executing soft-strip demolitions, structural alterations and reinstatements, full interior finishes, M&E upgrades, and supply and installation of all fixtures, fittings, sanitaryware, kitchens, and joinery. The rollout includes both flagship and high-footfall retail locations, each delivered to consistent quality under tight timelines and logistical constraints.
At the core of the project is the BUILT365 methodology – a delivery-led approach combining precision planning, collaborative communication, and phased programming tailored to live, public-facing environments.
Built’s national supply chain and in-house expertise have been central to delivering a consistent, high-end result at every location. Each store is treated as an individual live environment requiring bespoke scheduling to avoid disruption to neighbouring retailers and customers. Works are often carried out during night shifts or off-peak hours to maintain operational continuity in active shopping centres and urban high streets.
A detailed approach to quality control underpins the rollout. From early-stage workshops and material submittals to coordinated installation of specialist joinery and feature lighting, each project phase is tightly managed to align with Three Ireland’s retail design and branding.
Built’s role in this national rollout reinforces the strength of our retail delivery capability – combining multi-site coordination, stakeholder communication and programme management. With every location completed to a consistent, branded standard, this programme supports Three Ireland’s strategic goal of delivering a unified, high-impact retail experience across Ireland.
